Identified the need for a space that enhance culture and art from the emerging music dynamics in the city, is that the Manizales screams Rock festival, which has been growing as the most important vehicle of the Colombian southwest to the live presentation of national and international artists to the young audience in the region comes from the second half of 2005, and a space of coexistence and tolerance, whose centerpiece is the music as a generator of different cultural manifestations of the youth of the city. Over 8 versions, Manizales screams Rock has transcended the purely musical event to also include within its programming, training, participatory forums, training workshops and talks. 2014 years festival was held 10-12 october with Venom headlining the last day
